ROOFINGS

Metal roofing is the most commonly used roofing method in the Philippines due to its cost-effectiveness, ease of installation, heat reflection, and recyclability. It can be easily dismantled, making disposal and reuse convenient.

A complete roofing system requires three essential components, all of which we provide:
  • Metal Roof (Cover)
  • C-Purlins (Support)
  • Angle Bars (Structure)
  • Accessories (Ceiling  Panels, Gutters, Flashings)

Why Metal Roofing?
  • Fireproof – Unlike wood, metal does not burn.
  • Heat Reflective – Reduces heat absorption, helping to cool interiors.
  • Lightweight – Comparable in thickness to a fingernail.
  • Durability – Stainless metals resist corrosion, ensuring longevity.
  • Impact & Weather Resistance – Its flexibility allows it to withstand both natural and mechanical forces.
  • Non-Biodegradable – Resistant to decay and decomposition.
  • Environmentally Friendly – Made from steel, which is 100% recyclable.
  • Efficient Installation – One span measures 4 feet in width with an indefinite length, enabling quick and efficient installation.

Things you need to know about Philippine Roofing before buying
  • Material Origin – All base materials are sourced from China. The origin or brand of colored sheets does not impact quality, as they are all manufactured to the same standard. The only local process in the Philippines is painting, which plays the least significant role in extending the product’s lifespan compared to metal and galvanization.
  • Product Sizing – Always verify the thickness of the roofing material using a caliper before purchase. Undersized roofing is a common issue in the market.
  • Material Flexibility – Hard, brittle materials are prone to cracking. Flexible materials are preferable as they effectively disperse force.
  • Gloss Finish – We offer both glossy and non-glossy options. However, gloss fades within a year of installation and is primarily for aesthetic appeal at the time of purchase.

Guide to Building Your Roof: Design, Accessories & Trusses
STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR ROOF DESIGN
We have three kinds of roof designs, click the image for more information about the design.
Blue Rib-Type Roof
RIB-TYPE ROOF
Green Corrugated Roof

STEP 2: ROOF ACCESSORIES
Roof accessories are parts used to seal the edges where roof panels meet one another. Among them are Ridges, Flashings, Gutters, Hips, Eaves, Fascias, Gables and Drip edges. These items make sure that no outside element from the above the roof leaks to your home beneath it. Most of these accessories job is to funnel rainwater to your drainage system.

STEP 3: CEILING PANELS AND STEEL DECKING
When choosing between ceiling panels and steel decks, it’s important to consider their purpose and functionality. Ceiling panels provide a polished finish and ventilation for eaves or interiors, helping prevent moisture buildup while enhancing aesthetics. They come in ventilated and non-ventilated options to suit different needs. Meanwhile, steel decks are structural components used in flooring and roofing systems. Designed for durability and load-bearing capacity, they eliminate the need for traditional wood formwork and ensure a strong, efficient foundation. If you’re looking for a finishing element, ceiling panels are ideal, while steel decks are best for structural support in multi-story buildings and industrial projects.

STEP 4: ROOF TRUSSES
A truss is an assembly of beams or other elements that creates a rigid structure. In engineering, a truss is a structure that consists of two-force members only, where the members are organized so that the assemblage as a whole behaves as a single object. A two-force member is a structural component where force is applied to only two points. Although this rigorous definition allows the members to have any shape connected in any stable configuration, trusses typically comprise five or more triangular units constructed with straight members whose ends are connected at joints referred to as nodes.

A roof truss is a structural framework of designed to bridge the space above a room and to provide support for a roof. Trusses usually occur at regular intervals, linked by longitudinal members such as purlins.
